  • "Workers in the dental practice have increasingly faced with patients who have been treated for cancer or are." Oncology for the dental practice "is responding to the profession the necessary fundamental knowledge to offer. A coordinated multidisciplinary approach and by applying of uniform terminology, the different aspects of many oncological diseases reduced to a more general problem (part 1).
    In Part 2 the speciële tumor types treated. The emphasis is on tumors in the head and neck area, for the simple reason that there for the dental profession a direct responsibility lies on prevention and early detection.
