Publicserviceisallofpublicserviceactivitiesmadebycentraland localgovernmentinstances and State-Owned Corporation orLocalOwnedCorporationintheformsofcommodityandservicetosatisfy communityneedsorenforcementoflawandrule.Therefore,economic, efficient,effective,fairserviceisindicatorofBadanPelayananPerijinan TerpaduSatuPintuvisionandmissionandrelevantdivisionsinthe coordinationofgoodgovernanceandtheimprovementofpublicservice. Itissuggestionthatthefuturedevelopmentshouldbealwaysfitthe publicneedswithtime.Also,theimprovedstageofinformationon websiteisnecessarytofacilitatethecommunityinobtaininginformation onthelicensingservice. Methodusedinthisstudyisdescriptivemethodinqualitative approachalongwiththetechniquesofdatacollectionbymeansof literature studies and field studies comprising observations and interviews.Theindicationfoundthisstudyistheprocessoflicensing servicefromaspectsofeconomy,efficiency,effectiveness,andjusticeto facilitatepeoplesinmanagingtheirpermits. TheresultsofthestudysuggestthatBadanPelayananPerijinan TerpaduSatuPintu,BekasiCity,inperformingtheirtaskshavesome obstaclessuchasthecompletionperiodofpermitandnon-permitissues isunderoptimalornotfitSOPofBadanPelayananPerijinanTerpadu SatuPintu,BekasiCity,thepublicappreciationoftheSOPisnotyet optimal,theITapplicationiflessoptimal,andthelackofSDA with competenciesinIThisthesisisaresearchofLicensingServicebyBadanPerijinan SatuPintu(IntegratedOne-GateLicensT. Basedontheresultsanddiscussions,itcanbeconcludedthatthe coordinationoflicensingservicebyBadanPelayananPerijinanTerpadu SatuPintu,BekasiCity,donotmaximizetheuseofIT(informationand technology),forexample,E-ServiceorE-Governmenttofacilitatepeople inmanagingtheirpermits.
