• Radiography is an imaging technique that uses x-rays to create projectional (2D) images of a region of interest in the body. X-ray is extremely useful and becoming integral part of diagnosis and disease management. The aim of this research is to determine the level of radiographic knowledge in the age group above 20 years old in Desa Cipatat. The study method used was descriptive research. The study obtained by using questionnaire and survey among the people who age group above 20 years old in Desa Cipatat. The data was presented in table form. The result showed that 3.33% of people who age group above 20 years old in Desa Cipatat have low level of radiographic knowledge whereas 76.67% of people having average level and 20% of people having high level of radiographic knowledge. As the conclusion, stated that majority of the people who age group above 20 years old in Desa Cipatat having average level of radiographic knowledge.
