  • This research is titled “Descriptive Study Program Management (Rice
    For Poor Households) In Bulog (National Logistic Supply Organization Sub
    Regional Karawang Division”. This research aim to learn and find out about six
    raskin program management function in Bulog Sub Regional Karawang Division.
    Method used in this research is concurrent embedded model. Data
    obtained by didtributing questionnaires to employees of Bulog Sub Regional
    Karawang Division. Total sample was 56 respondents with census.
    The result showed that overall management of the program raskin in
    Bulog Sub Regional Karawang Division is good enough. The management
    program has six function they are planning function, organizing function, human
    resources development function, budgeting function, the function of monitoring
    and eveluations functions. However, there are two functions that fall into the bad
    category, which is a function of planning and organizing function.
    Based on the research results, Bulog Sub Regional Karawang Division
    suggested to make new formulaton job description for employees to improve sense
    of dicipline and job performance.
