• Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam upaya mencari bentuk dan isi hubungan DPR dengan Presiden setelah perubahan UUD 1945. Dimaksudkan dengan bentuk hubungan, yaitu menyangkut perwujudan atau wujud dari hubungan DPR dengan Presiden. Sedang isi hubungan, berkaitan dengan substansi atau materi dari bentuk hubungan DPR dengan Presiden. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini terfokus pada masalah :1. Apakah ada perubahan signifikan mengenai bentuk dan isi hubungan DPR dengan Presiden setelah perubahan UUD 1945 ?2. Apakah perubahan bentuk dan isi hubungan DPR dengan Presiden, mempunyai dampak (pengaruh) signifikan, baik terhadap sistem maupun praktek ketatanegaraan ? Memperhatikan bahwa jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum, dari sifatnya merupakan penelitian terapan dan dari coraknya termasuk penelitian deskriptif, maka metode yang dipergunakan yaitu metode penafsiran, metode komparatif dan metode sejarah. Adapun sasaran atau obyek penelitian ini adalah norma hukum dalam UUD 1945 (khususnya setelah perubahan) beserta peraturan pelaksanaannya yang berkaitan dengan hubungan DPR dengan Presiden. Penelitian ini juga berpatokan pada kerangka dasar/pemikiran, teori demokrasi sebagai "grand theory", teori pemisahan kekuasaan sebagai "middle range theory", teori sistem pemerintahan dan teori badan perwakilan sebagai teori penerapan (aplikasi). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan, bahwa :Pertama, tidak terjadi perubahan signifikan dalam hal bentuk dan isi hubungan DPR dengan Presiden setelah perubahan UUD 1945.Kedua, Perubahan bentuk dan isi hubungan DPR dengan Presiden, akan mempunyai dampak signifikan, baik kajian terhadap sistem maupun praktek ketatanegaraan. This research is carried out in the endeavour to look for the form and contents of relationship between Parliament and President after the amendment of the 1945 Constitution. This form or type of relationship means that the relationship involves the existency or form of the connection between Parliament and the President.On the other hand, the contents of the relationship is in connection with the substance or material of the connection between Parliament and the President.In this case, this research is focussed on the following problems :1. Is there any significant change in form and contents concerning the form and contents of the relationship between parliament and President after the amendment of the 1945 Constitution ?2. Does the change in form and contents of the relationship between Parliament and President, have any significant influence or impact, either on the study of system or the practice of government policy ?Observing that the kind of this research is a legal research, having the character of practical research and belonging to a descriptive research, the metode used is a methode of interpreting, comparing and historical.The target of this research is a legal norm in the 1945 Constitution (especially after the change) and the regulation of its execution in connection with the relationship of Parliament and President. This research is also based on the consideration of the democracy theory as "grand theory", the theory of democracy separation of power as "middle range theory", the theory of governmental system and the theory of the body of representatives as application theory.The output of the research indicates that :One, No significant change yet in form and contents of the relationship between Parliament and President after the amendment of the 1945 Constitution.Two, The change in form and contents of the relationship between Parliament and President, there would be a significant change, either in the study of system or in the practice of government policy.
